Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at infopagepin@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that depending on your payment method, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that show signs of use, damage, or are not in their original packaging may not be eligible for a return.

EU Customers

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers based in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.
